We will not rent, lease, sell or provide stored email addresses and associated personal information outside of TMQ, parent companies, and/or the 3rd party services used by us to store this information unless you have given us explicit permission to do so, such as in order to fulfill a third party offer that you have accepted from us.

If TMQ or Effexis is acquired by a third party, customer information including email addresses may be included as part of the purchase.
We reserve the right to store a backup copy of email addresses in TMQ owned backup server strictly for backup purposes.

You also enable us to personalize your experience with us so that we can provide you with the highest quality of service.
